Your provider will conduct a comprehensive evaluation, which may include psychiatric history, current symptoms, previous treatments (psychotherapy, other medications), medical history, lifestyle factors, and your personal treatment goals.Personalized Treatment Plan
Based on this assessment, your provider will propose a medication plan tailored to you: selecting the right medication(s), dose, scheduling, and monitoring plan.Medication Initiation & Titration
If needed, your provider will make gradual adjustments to dose or schedule to maximize effectiveness while minimizing side effects.Ongoing Follow-Up & Monitoring
Regular check-ins to assess how you’re feeling
Side effect review
Adjustments as needed
Monitoring of your overall well-being, not just symptoms
Collaboration with Therapy & Other Supports

FAQs
Do I need therapy if I’m on medication?
Therapy is highly beneficial when paired with medication, though not always mandatory. We encourage combining both whenever possible for lasting change.
What if I’m worried about side effects?
That's completely valid. We monitor side effects closely, adjust dosing when needed, and switch medications if necessary. Your comfort and safety are a priority.
How often will I have follow-ups?
Frequency depends on the medication, your stability, and how you're responding. Initial follow-ups may be more frequent (e.g., weekly or biweekly), tapering as you progress.
Is telehealth suitable for all situations?
Telehealth is very effective for many stages of care, especially for medication reviews and follow-ups. However, certain assessments, physical checks, or in emergencies might require in-person visits.
