Many companies have one insurance for medical benefits and a separate insurance for mental/behavioral health benefits.

If we are unable to verify your coverage before your appointment, you will be given the option to reschedule or pay the self-pay rate until your insurance is verified.

CANCELLATION FEE IS $200.

Out-of-Pocket cost for initial appointment is $150 – $200.

Out-of-Pocket cost for follow-up appointment is $75 – $100.
